The people here are so well informed and put so much care into all the creatures they own with genuine empathy. They always offer the best advice and work with people who are interested in one of their creatures or who are learning to take care of one of their creatures. In comparison to big corporate places the owner seems to know and love all the things and living things he has to offer at this place. Any time me or my family visits they can even hold and enjoy the pets they have available here and we've never had issues or a bad word about any of the employees.

I absolutely love Rutherford Pet Supply, they have an amazing assortment of pet foods and knowledgeable staff. The grooming department is the BEST in RoCo! Aubrey and Bobbi are the best groomers in town. Ms. Bobbi always does an incredible job grooming our sweet Bowie. 🎀💝

I went in yesterday having to get a heat lamp light and some food for an adult bearded dragon with absolutely no knowledge of having owned one before in my life. The two lady’s in there were very knowledgeable and helped me tremendously. I will be back for sure.
